MNHockeyTV Extends Point Streak With Dominant Win Over Remax Advantage Plus
Braemar Arena, Edina, MN – July 17, 2025
In the second of three games on the Celly League schedule Thursday night, MNHockeyTV kept their momentum rolling with a convincing 5-1 victory over Remax Advantage Plus. The win pushes MNHockeyTV’s point streak to three straight games (2-0-1) and allows them to leapfrog Tradition Mortgage for third place in the standings.
This game was a rematch of their earlier season meeting, where MNHockeyTV also came out on top, 4-2. MNHockeyTV set the tone early, pouring in four first-period goals. Ryane Kearns (LIU) struck first at 13:25, finishing off a play set up by Grace Delmonico (SCSU) and Anna Jerylo (St. Michael’s). Less than four minutes later, Kearns scored again, this time assisted by Paige Vreeman (LIU) and Lauren Karl (LIU).
Grace Wolfe (SCSU) added an unassisted goal at 8:38, followed by a tally from Vreeman with 1:53 remaining in the first half, assisted by Olivia Grabianowski (Merrimack) and Jerylo.
Annika Lavender, who led the nation in saves during her time at St. Michael’s, proved once again why she’s one of the top goalies in the league. Lavender turned aside 18 of 19 shots, including several point-blank scramble chances in the second half, to preserve the win.
Grabinowski captured the commanding 5-0 lead for MNHockeyTv with Emma Hoen (Lindenwood) earning the assist.
Remax Advantage Plus managed to break the shutout in the final minute in the second half with a breakaway goal from Jackson Kinsler (Syracuse), assisted by Alex Paulsen (Harvard) MNHockeyTV’s lockdown defense and standout goaltending proved too much for Remax to overcome.
Vreeman paced the way for MNHockeyTv with a 3 point effort chipping in a goal and two assists. Eight different players earned a point in the well-balanced victory lifting MNHockeyTv to a 2-2-1 record on the season while the loss dropped Remax Advantage Plus to 1-5 this year.
